Basecamp is not a conference. For seven days in August, we're bringing a community of founders, builders, and operators together in Bengaluru for sessions and conversations that you can't schedule on a calendar. Basecamp is free for the community, and powered by the community. That's where you come in.
We invite anyone to host any event that is relevant for our startup ecosystem at Basecamp. We hold that openness to two non-negotiable conditions:
Your event is not a sales pitch or a product showcase. If the goal is to promote a company, product, or anything else, it's not a fit for Basecamp.
You can deliver a memorable experience for the people who show up, with an exciting idea, the right people, and a suitable venue to host them.
When you host at Basecamp, the event is yours and you have full autonomy. You own the logistics, the experience, the attendance, the content, and the curation.
What we ask in return
People should leave having learned something, met someone worth meeting, or solved a problem they walked in with. We want people to talk about your event as their highlight at Basecamp!
Basecamp is strictly not a conference. We want to create spaces that truly excite builders. Think about the people walking in and what they leave with.
Publish content in the lead-up to the event and keep us in the loop so we can amplify what you're doing. Share good photos and notes from the day, and we'll recap it on our socials.
